Has there been any load testing done for the H5P plugin?

Hello
I cannot successfully create a new install on my WP site. I get this message:
- The mbstring PHP extension is not loaded. H5P need this to function properly
I tried to upload the libraries zip file: official-h5p-release-20160623.h5p
and got the same

Hi all,
is anyone here, having experience in publishing H5P-files on a Sharepoint portal? Would be pretty glad to get some basic Idea on how to afford that.
