Installation and server related problems

HI I've installed H5P on the network and have tried both to active the plugin on the sub domain, and activated it as netowrk plugin.  the library appears in the dashboard on the main site but not on the subdomain where at the moment I wish to use it.

Any advice?

I'm a new user of H5p. I have a php website hosted on the net. Is it possible to install H5p and embed videos without installing Drupal or Wordpress ?

We are in a rural project for schools with no internet access so I was wondering if it is necessary to have  Internet access to play H5P content?
