Installation and server related problems

I've received an email saying up date but when I try I get this message in moodle

The system was unable to install the Interactive Video component from the package, it requires a newer version of the H5P plugin. This site is currently running version 1.7, whereas the required version is 1.9 or higher. You should consider upgrading and then try again.

So I tried manually updating and it says it's already installed.

Any suggestions?

Is it possible to submit the h5p-php-library to packagist so it could be installed with composer and our project can use the library as dependency? I work for a large LMS-software-provider and would like to extend our exercises-module with H5P content .

xAPI for extensions says to have a URL so people can learn more about what this extention to the spec is. You have them for many but was trying to see a definiition for http://h5p.org/x-api/h5p-subContentId and it comes up not found.

My assumption is that it's a screen / sub-question kind of thing within a longer running train of questions but would be nice for dev UX to have it there.
