Error when updating h5p from 1.7 to 1.9 with Moodle 3.1.2

Hi,
When I try to update h5p from version 1.7 tot 1.9 within Moodle 3.1.2 I get this errormessage:
Installation and server related problems
Discuss problems with installing the H5P plugins/modules and content types as well as server-related issues
interactive video - change destination folder

hi,
i'm using h5p plugin on moodle.
is it possible to change the destination folder for uploading video from the computer in a way that it would be a folder in a different server and not the server that the moodle is installed on?

Moodle Plugin "Upgrade Library Content" just spins saying "Upgrading to ..." but never does?

Thanks for all the work on H5P so far.
Can I clarify a few points:
1) H5P plugin on Moodle, recent update installed some new content types so in some cases have multiple versions e.g. :
Multiple Choice (1.7.1)132
Multiple Choice (1.8.0)011
Interactive Video (1.10.3)122
Interactive Video (1.11.1)111
Tried hitting "Upgrade Library Content" on both, it then goes to say for example "Upgrading to 1.11.1..." but then nothing happens?!?
