I cannot create a question set , when I try the system just gives the message loading semantics,please wait and as Diana Ross once sang....I'm still waiting

I'm getting this error when clicking 'My Results': Warning: Missing argument 6 for H5P_Plugin_Admin::print_data_view_settings(), called in /web/fbs/extranet/fbs/blogs/wp-content/plugins/h5p/admin/class-h5p-plugin-admin.php on line 697 and defined in/web/fbs/extranet/fbs/blogs/wp-content/plugins/h5p/admin/class-h5p-plugin-admin.php on line 627
Also on another site, it just spins and says "Loading Data" (but never does!). I'm using WordPress 4.1.1

I installed the plugin in Wordpress, created a few contents. but I got a error while selecting Question set as content type. the error is .
Semantics error: TypeError: Cannot read property 'name' of undefined.
