Installation and server related problems

Buenos días. Soy docente de la Cosejería de Educación de Canarias. Tengo un blog de profesorado y en un curso que estoy haciendo de competencia digital me mandan a hacer una actividad con H5P. Al seguir los pasos para activar la herramienta, me sale la siguiente notificación y no entiendo por qué. ¿Qué debo hacer?

Hi, I am working with h5p and all the files that I download today (Oct 17 2022) are damaged! And I cannot convert them into htlm files and thus upload them to Microsof azzure. I was not finding this problem 2 days ago.

Do you know how can I proceed?

I have a WordPress 6.0.2 with the Neve theme and H5p version. When I try to create new content, the system responds: Loading, please wait... I pass screenshot. I tried it on another WP with the same theme and it gives the same error. I changed the wordpress version to 5.9 and had the same problem.

I disabled all the plugins, even the whole theme and it still doesn't work. I've tried it with different browsers, Firefox, Brave and Chrome and it still gives the same error.
