Installation and server related problems

Hi I recently upgraded my moodle site from 3.11 to 4.1 and everything went smoothly. I am think though I am going to  have to roll it back to 3.11 again because not one of the H5P activities copied over with moodledata and all the courses are devoid of any H5P activities. Before I do a roll back is there an easy way of accessing my H5P content and getting the activities to load in the courses as they were in the 3.11 version of moodle. 

I was really excited about upgrading and really thought that H5P was complatible with Moodle 4.11

We have been using h5p as one of the main authoring tools we use for our learning platform since 2018. However, this is the first time we encountered an error saying "This file cannot be displayed because it has been uploaded by a user without capability to deploy h5p content". We received this error when we tried to download a lesson with a course presentation in it. The course presentation is uploaded in the content bank by a user which is now unenrolled in the course.

I have several course presentations that AFTER upgrading to Moodle 4 from 3.11 images stop showing up.(all texts are ok but images appear as a question mark)

The problem becomes more complex if I download the course presentation h5p file to my mac and open it usng LUMI, all the images show up without any issue.

Saving it with a different name and uploading as a NEW H5P activity (not replacing it) it doesn't show the images again.

Any suggestions what is wrong?
