Discuss problems with installing the H5P plugins/modules and content types as well as server-related issues
I have encountered an issue in the WordPress Multisite we are using for our students. There is one case where the student cannot see any content types in the WordPress plugin. Not all students have the same problem. We have WordPress version 5.5.1. I attach a screenshot.

I have used H5P-plugins in Moodle in 3.8 version and it worked well. I upgraded Moodle to 3.9.2 yesterday and installed H5P plug-in 1.21.0 2020080400 version .
I have had a couple of issues with H5P plug-ins. First, the H5P content types does not load from H5P Hub and those contents which were displayed correctly cannot not been displayed at all.
I am using Edge browser. I have not received any php errors.

Hi.. I am bumping up against limits with large H5P file sizes using WordPress to upload. In the shared hosting environment I am in, I am able to increase the timeout and filesize, but it is still not sufficient. My question is... if I can FTP my file into a directory where it can then be imported by the WordPress/H5P combo. For example, I can easily upload the large file to www.example.com/bigfiles/big.h5p ... bur then what? How can I slurp that file into the WordPress installation? Any thoughts on how to approach this? Thanks!
