Is it possible to have the Find Multiple Hotspots in Interactive Book?

In the interactive book, who can see the summary? If I put this book into my course, can I check the progress of all who have interacted with it? Can I see all of the students? Or can I only see what I have done? Is the summary personal or does it get submitted to a shared space where I can see what everyone has done?

Wondering if anyone has found a way to restrict students access to pages as they work through an interactive book. 

I want to give feedback in between each task without students working ahead. Is the only way to do this to create seperate books?
