Content creation

Hi. While creating an Interactive Book, i observed that not all content types are available to add in the book.

Is there a way to add the currently unavailable content types?

For example, i would like to use the "Image Choice" content type but it's unable for use within the Interactive Book even though i'm able to use it as a standalone content type.

I found on my page that the content (for example a word/button) on the top left and bottom is cutting off, not fully shown. It seems it has to do with the default margin thing. May I know how to fix this issue? Thanks millions for helping.

I have a branching question with 5 alternatives.  When 4 of the 5 alternatives are chosen, I want to provide feedback that says those answers are not worng but not the best, and then return to the original branching question.  This doesn't seem possible and is interesting to me.
