Discussions related to "the good and proper use" of H5P as a content creation tool

I created a "presentation" type of content and would like the user to be able to type in a summary of their learning. I would like to have their answer stored so I can access it later.
Is this possible?
Is there an example somewhere to learn about doing this?

Where can I read documentation for the "Adaptivity (Go To)" interaction, which is mentioned but not explained in the "interactive video" tutorial.
For that matter, where can I read documentation for each of the icons in the toolbar of the interactive video editor?
I'd like to understand the full scope of what is possible, rather than blindly teach myself by trial-and-error.
