When i am searching content type "Drag and Drop", the search result is only showing drag the words option. How to get option to create  image based drag and drop content?

Maybe I am missing something - all of the searches I have done relates to the multilingual interface of course presentations - not to the language used in the course presentation.

Is it possible to create a multilingual version of the same course presentation that will automatically change depending on the chosen language?

If not, how?
