Content creation

I use Moodle and within that H5P.
In a quiz 'Mark the words'  I need a sound ( mp3-files)  between every sentence. 
How can I insert sound and pictures in the question/text area of the exercise?

I wanted to create a course presentation and noticed that the item is not listed though I already created a course presentation a time ago.

There were listed only 13 activities out of - I think - 45.

Have I made a mistake?
