Content creation

I'm using the Arts of Europe creation from the branching scenario and I'm not sure how to manipluate the background colors or change the text in the first button. I see that the buttons are different on both projects so there must be a way to change it. Anyone know? 

Hi, I'd like to create a content like the one in the homepage (try this) with images I'll touch and they turn showing another content.

I would like to ask if I want to create content with H5P, it provides a free service for trying out H5P before installing under "Test drive h5p". I don't have CMS like moodle or WordPress to integrate H5P so can I use this option to create the content without any risk? then I will embed this content on another website.
