I'm creating a button link to return back to our course page - however it opens in a new tab window.  How do I get it to open in the existing open one?

Hi, I want to document my images and looking for a tool like this as in the image below.

The documentation Tool is highlighted with a red arrow, does this tool allow us to add such arrows to our images? if not can someone please tell me which tool is it, to add such arrows and highlight features on the image.

I have a following question: will the changes in core H5P activities be automatically carried out and updated in the ones that have already been created on other platforms, let's say on Moodle ver. 3.6.3?
