Import fails on our .com site

We have an instructor who created some activities on h5p.org that we're hoping to import on our SAS h5p.com site. We are able to download the file from the .org site, but when we try to upload and import it, we the the following errors:

Validating h5p package failed.

Is it possible to alter the time index in the timeline content.

Context:

I would like to create a timeline package that is on a macro scale, by this I mean from start to finish is 0 - 6 seconds.

I would also need increments of 0.01 seconds.

I am looking to put an info package together for the sequence that an aircraft Ejection System undergoes when used.
