I want to create a question type, that user can click on volume button to hear the question and type the short answer. How to do that?

Is there a way to control what libraries are available in the course presentation editor? Would like to remove some of the options in the top ribbon of the editor as won't be using a few a them and would like to declutter and control what elements can be used in the course presentation

i can not see toolbar for add interaction for creating a interactiv video into Moodle plug-in. Does anybody know why?
