I would like to make a letter soup but I can't find where this resource is if someone can tell me I appreciate it, please

Hi, 

We have created an interactive video with some Free text boxes and quizzes (no score).
We want the learner to be able to interact with it as often as they wish, however, once a learner interacts with the activity for the first time, all their answers inside the free text boxes and quizzes remain.

Can we make this work so the whole activity resets everytime the learner starts from the beginning?

I've been creating an interactive video, it took me more than two hours. First, I couldn't upload the video so I had to link from Youtube (all the issues were correct...).

After it, I've been adding questions and, when I press save the page went to error and I lost all my work. So, I'd like to recover it because it has been too hard to lose it.
