H5P Files Into Canvas

I created some content and embed in my Canvas classes. When my trial membership expired, all my content stopped working. I was told to download the files (through selecting REUSE). Once I select REUSE and download the files, I cannot upload them to Canvas. How can I use my content in Canvas without losing it once my membership ends?
same code base of h5p library works when logined but does not work when not logined? Is it by design?
