What is the best way to create/replicate a fill in a form/application activity in H5P? or can you add a background image to a fill in the blank activity?

I'm teaching students about workplace hazards, and would like them to be able to fill in blanks on a real-world style document, like an application, accident report, etc....

Any help you can offer on this would be greatly appreciated!

Using our own moodle site (version 3.9), I have uploaded several examples from h5p.org and then used the embed code to display them within a moodle "label"  (Intending these examples to show my course managers what they can do with h5p).

These are functioning however there is a blank space at the top. The bottom of the content is out of view and a vertical scroll bar appears.  (see attached image)

Hey does anyone know the best way to insert an H5p block in canvas without getting any scroll bars? I have been using the same height image with different results. Some hotspots end up with a horizontal scroll bar and some without.
