I have been suing H5p, in my account, many applications like the interactive video are not appearing, I need help to sort out the issues

Good day, 

I pressed the active surface mode under course presentation to see what would happen and now it's not clicking to get it off. It's all greyed out. How would this problem be fixed?

The issue is seen in the screen shot below. 

There were many tools when using Course Presentation, now many of them are missing such as drag and drop, drag and drop text.

How can I get the tools again?
