Please help me - my problem is:

"Cannot load the requested H5P content."

It just appears in one of all courses in catalog and makes it impossible to export or edit the H5P units.

What can I do?

Has anybody an idea?

Couldn't log in to my account. Reset password; logged in to empty acount, which remembers i have been a member since 2016, but does not recollect my files.

We have used H5P successfully in our LMS without issue, but one of our users is now reporting that:

1) when they view an H5P quiz which is tied to Brightspace LMS's Grades area

2) in SAFARI or FIREFOX
