Hi me again...

since I can see grades in moodle, I am wondering or better asking myself if and why I should use a LRS system to save xapi statements from h5p content.

In moodle I can see:

=> whole score / min score / max score / grade / which answer was submitted / score per question / timestamp of grading / if content was watched / if content was answered more than once

With xapi (e.g. interactive video with multiple choice) I can see afaik:

Is it possible to add an audio response when users answer a question? 

For example, with a True/False content type, when a user answers incorrectly they hear a negative audio response like Awww! or Boooo! and conversely, when they answer correctly they get a positive audio response like Yeaaa! or hands clapping, etc.

If it's possible, any suggestions on how to do this or has someone already created a plugin/extension that does this?

I would like to share some experience using H5P "Fill in the Blanks" plugin.
It seems that there is a hack which allows quiz participants to get correct answers during passing a test. It could be even reproduced on demo site.

1) Step 1.

2) Click "Ctrl+U" to see page content. And look for the anchor text.
