What does "Upgrade Library Content" do from the Installed Plugins Section?

We have inadvertently created Interactive Video Content across three different versions of course presentation.  This presents an issue for us because one of the updates changed the location of the completion screen for learners. 

Is/can H5P be modulised

Hello everyone

Is it possible to download parts or certain content types of H5P? 

Checking out H5P plugin to use in Moodle but have been asked to find out if it is possible to add the features that are wanted/required. Do not at this stage have a list of what features are wanted/required other than interactive video.
