I am so new to this,

I just want to load my youtube mp4 video in h5p and add some clickable link to my other youtube videos. After that, I only the option at the bottom that let me download my video in h5p format. How can I save my interactive video in the format that youtube will take.

A few hours ago I accidentally deleted an activity I created a month ago that is supposed to be on canvas.

Is there a way to restore it? Would really appreciate the help!!
