The mp4 file I used for testing worked fine one your test site but we keep getting this message on our Drupal site:

I have a problem with Tip Text.
When I use the Summary Content item and paste Tips in a statement, there are not talking box icon in Explorer, Safari and Firefox. It works fine in Safari.
If I move the mouse over the place where the icon should be, the text field tip is displayed, and I can click on the invisible icon.

I have tried to upload libraries in a shared server and in a VPS hosted  installation. In both cases nothing happens: I just see "Waiting for JavaScript" on the screen for a brief period of time, but after that nothing gets installed. And I cannot find any error messages either. Has anybody any ideas? It seems that this is recurrent topic with no answers.
