Fill in the Blanks

I am a new user and would like to know if I need to purchase an account to create different content? 

Hi, I want to know how to enter a Latex table for the content type, "Fill in the blanks". 

I created an exercise for students to enter the missing values.  I have tried adding spaces and tabs for the text to align.  Nothing has worked.  The original table is attached, where the figures enclosed in asterisks (*) are the blanks.

The standard font size and font options of Fill In The Blanks should be the same as of Multiple Choice.
This is relevant when both content types are used in the same Question Set, so that pages look consistent.
