Course Presentation

This problem happened to us on the core version of H5P in moodle 3.9.9.

Since the execution of the scheduled task \core\task\h5p_get_content_types_task in early may we have experienced various issues with H5P.

I have been using the presentation with an embedded video, and in the last three weeks one of the modules will not go to edit settings and throws a 502 error, then a error session lock. I don't think the session lock error is part of the issue but mentioning it in case someone has come across it.

The strange thing is the module had been completed previously by students, and it is also breaking in other versions of the course - with different course containers (ids) on two different sites. The video is only 746mb and other modules have embedded video of 1.2gb.

1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen) - 1.) I have a course presentation h5p file made inside the moodle content bank and use it as activity inside a "book" in a moodle course. But it keeps on showing "invalid-library-json-file : Could not find library.json file with valid json format for library H5P.MarkTheWords-1.11". Tried re-uploading it to another moodle lms with hvp v1.23 and getting same error message. Our course developers have been doing this method for a long time and then suddenly encountered the error.
