Mark the Words

I am building a language e-learning facility in which it would be very useful to allow the introduction of a "Mark the Words" task to be an image (what word fits with the image?) or an mp3 (what word do you hear?).

Does anyone have ideas how to achieve this?

I don't know if it works as intended, but  When I make a Mark the words activity, the score doesn't work like I'd want. If you have 4 questions, and answer 2 corrects and 2 incorrects, the score is 0, when i want a Score of 2 of 4. Also with the latest version i don't know how to put the options to see Correct answers, and Incorrect ones and Missed ones.

I would like to see in Mark the words -library an option to use an sentence as an answer like this;

*this could be selected as one*

so that would yiled 1 point like as one word.
