Bugs in content types

I need do download H5P file from my test site to my new live site. When i click on "reuse", i get a page full of codes but no file being saved or downloaded. The reuse function is a big time saver. Please help.

1. I have a set of interactive videos where a red dot appears on an object (say, an apple), and when the user clicks or taps on it, the corresponding word (e.g., "apple") is played out loud. However, I've encountered an issue with the timing on mobile devices. Specifically, the audio starts a fraction of a second before the red dot actually appears on the object and consequently is not fully pronounced after the hotspot is pressed. You would hear: a.... then click... then... pple, instead of just hearing "apple" after clicking.

unfortunately, the content-type "Find the words" is not working when it sits inside a LearnDash quiz. Please see the linked video:

Has anybody had the same experience? Or even a solution?

※ Please don't advice me to ask LearnDash for help. I already did this. The told me to ask H5P. And here I am :-(
