Bugs in content types

We are having problems with H5P plugin on a Bedrock WordPress instalation. 

1. Install a Bedrock WordPress instalation, and install the plugin. Go to the H5P content editor. 

2. WordPress, WP 6.2.2

3. Happens both mobile and desktop

4. Any browser

5. H5P version 1.15.5

7. No PHP error

I upgraded the content type to the latest update that was available. Since then I am not able to upload nor add content once I select Image Hotspots content type. Also I am not able to rebuild cache for contents.

Out of a dozen h5p slideshows, one of them no longer reads the media. The host server blames the app. As of now I can no longer see images or play video which previously worked and suddenly does not. This is the response from the host server's "investigation" into the matter:
