Bugs in content types

Hello,

I would like to use the activity cornell notes in Moodle 4.1, however the save button does not appear. Is there a way to set up the activity to make the saving option avalable?

Not sure if this is a problem my end or with the content type itself.

I'm trying to centre align the text in my multiple choice options, but they always stay to the left. I've tested aligning to the right but again the answers display on the left. Not sure what the reason could be for this. The question can be centre aligned, but not the options.

As you can see from the screenshots, I've modified the content type but I doubt this has anything to do with the problem.

I am using interactive video within a wordpress Elementor tab widget.

The problem: when I move from tab 1 to tab 2 the video does not show (until I press the "embed" button and then it shows).
