Bugs in content types

We are using h5p forms in Quizzes in the learndash application.

It was working well, but now all of a sudden from last 2 days, the h5p foirms are not getting displayed, 

When I refresh, it appears for a second and then it shows a white screen, with revolving circle...

I have a problem with h5p on Moodle 4.1. When i create a Drag the words, its works perfectly, i can create my examples, but when i save and go to the activity, dont load. If i add another activities works fine. 

The error occurs on all browsers and phones. The versión of H5P is 1.23.0 and the version of the Drag the Words (1.10.4)

I have been testing Wordsearch and noticed that when the shortcode is placed in a drop-down/accordion the cursor doesn't highlight words correctly until the screen is refreshed.

I am using SNORDIAN's H5P Resize Pulse to be able to add H5P shortcode to accordions. However, when the shortcode is added anywhere else where SNORDIAN's is required, the puzzle functions correctly. 

Has anyone encountered this or have a workaround to it.
