Bugs in content types

Hello

I have a strange problem when creating a new Find Multiple Hotspots object I can't select a figure because I only have two black dots. Which is why I can't select hotspots and move on.

Find hotspot works fine. Example in attachment.

Can anyone help me with this issue ?

Hi i have a wird problem with creation new content. in editor i choose Find Multiple Hotspot and i part when i should "choose approprate figure for your hotspot, configure it, then drag and resize it into place." i have only 2 black dots. And i can't move further.

In the Find Hotspot everything works ok. Can anyone help me?

We are using h5p forms in Quizzes in the learndash application.

It was working well, but now all of a sudden from last 2 days, the h5p foirms are not getting displayed, 

When I refresh, it appears for a second and then it shows a white screen, with revolving circle...
