Bugs in content types

When I try to format text when creating a dialog card, the text format box just flashes at a rapid rate. See: https://www.screencast.com/t/BnZdaOnopf   This occurs regardless of which browser I use. The H5P plugin on my site is the latest version. 

Also I cannot seem to use basic HTML tags like <h2> to format the text. 

Please advise.

today I discovered a weird behaviour, which I think is a bug in H5P.

What plattform? Lumi (Debian, 0.8.3) and https://apps.zum.de
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start to creating new content
2. Choose a (diffrent) content typ and click on “details”.
3. Open the “licence“-accordion.
4. Open the licence-text by clicking on the “i“.
