Bugs in content types

Fill in the Blanks, Drag the Words, and Mark the Words have almost identical workflows, however, the input areas for text are all different.  This makes it difficult to apply consistent look & feel across them.

The Complex Fill in Blank content type is wonderful for verb tense activities and has massive potential. For me, the individual feedback and highlighting works perfectly when set to "dropdown" mode. However, when I set it to "type in" mode, neither the individual feedback nor the highlighting displays. When I click the red "i" button, it just wiggles left and right. I am using Firefox on a Mac, and there is no browser console error. The same issue occurs with Safari and Chrome.

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)

• I am creating a new Drag and Drop. I've created my drop zones and am now adding my drop text and selecting relevant drop zones. 
• After I save, I go back into the Text and it has selected additional or different drop zones. If I deselect and save and go back in again, the addition ones are still selected.
