never ending upload after upload interactive video

1. Currently test the new moodle 4.0 with h5p plugin (not core). And somehow it doesn't work properply especially on interactive video, when I upload my interactive video content from my old moodle (as attached below). It said Interactive Video was successfully uploaded but it never shows the video on the editor... only the *Loading, please wait...." text.
I am unable to sign in
