never ending upload after upload interactive video

Dear H5P Team

1. Currently test the new moodle 4.0 with h5p plugin (not core). And somehow it doesn't work properply especially on interactive video, when I upload my interactive video content from my old moodle (as attached below). It said Interactive Video was successfully uploaded but it never shows the video on the editor... only the *Loading, please wait...." text.

2. Moodle 4.0
3. Desktop
4. Tested on Chrome and Firefox
5. H5P Plugin version: 1.22.4
6. content type: Interactive video 1.22.14
7. Browser console: [Violation] 'load' handler took 150ms

8. no PHP error on error.log
