Bugs in content types

1. When editting/creating a "dialog cards" activity type, attempt to edit the "Task description" paragraph format. When clicking the drop-down list to change formatting, the box flashes constantly and makes it very hard to select a text format.

Hello, I just noticed that H5P contents disappeared from the Admin area and navigation bar, all these contents can be shown up in the front-end, but in the admin area, they are invisible. even this page /wp-admin/admin.php?page=h5p is inaccessible to any roles who are permitted to access the admin. I have switched the theme to twenty-twenty and deactivated all plugins, H5p contents are still invisible.

When adding audio to the Course Presentation, if I select Player Mode: Full the audio shows up as an arrow in a square but full controls are not displayed. If I choose, Player Mode: Minimalistic a Play/Pause buttons show, but full controls are not displayed.

Embedding the Course Presentation in LearnDash. Particulary an issue on a mobile device or smaller laptop.
