Bugs in content types

There is no space to add "Task Description" in this field type.  Currently showing item title as instructions.  Problem exists both with item type itself and within Quiz (Question Type).  Problem does not exist for Drag and Drop Words.  

Dear H5P Team, and contributors,

is there a reason of not being able to copy interactive videos into course presentations? I don't see the copy and paste options there. I checked in Word Press, Moodle and Lumi, using Google Chrome.

Hi All

We have an issue with the Image Hotspot H5P after we updated to Moodle 3.9 

All other H5P are working but Image hotspot has an issue

When we open the Image Hotspot we dont see any content (See image1), we can edit it and see the content there but still cant see it once saved and displayed

We are getting error messages when inspecting the page (Image2) 

We have updated to 3.9 and run though and updated all H5Ps - Image Hotspots (1.9.4)
