Moodle Issue - Content not showing in Image Hotspot

Hi All
We have an issue with the Image Hotspot H5P after we updated to Moodle 3.9
All other H5P are working but Image hotspot has an issue
When we open the Image Hotspot we dont see any content (See image1), we can edit it and see the content there but still cant see it once saved and displayed
We are getting error messages when inspecting the page (Image2)
We have updated to 3.9 and run though and updated all H5Ps - Image Hotspots (1.9.4)
One thing that was usggested is reinstalling the H5P Image Hotspot package - is this possible? and what would happen to exisitng image hotspot files?
