Bugs in content types

Does anyone have a solution for fill in the blank items that are mapping specifically to a smart quote (curly) or a straight quote? Is there a way to recognize either without having to hard-code both as answer options?

We're using Image Sequence in a course on Moodle, but in Microsoft Edge, Opera, Chrome, and Moodle APP, when I click on the sound button, to listen to the content, the sounds never reproduce... Does anyone know how I can resolve this problem?

I want to give users specific responses based on their quiz answers within the video. Does anyone know how to adjust the settings for personalized feedback? Also, can I add branching scenarios in the interactive video? Any tips or plugins to recommend would be amazing! Thanks in advance!
