Bugs in content types

1. It shows video format no supported in Safari, even if I used both mp4 and webm formats. It works on Chrome, firefox and the other browsers.
2. Moodle

4. Works on: Chrome, Firefox etc. Doesn't work  on: Safari

7. No errors shown ( or at least I can't see any)

9. It just shows the original video with the text "Video format not supported Safari"

I would love to upload Image Pairing but on both of the examples when I 'reuse' and try to upload I get Missing required library H5P.ImagePair 1.4Get help /  I have found this to be a problem on most content types.  Is there something I am doing wrong?  Thanks!

I'm looking at a recently upgraded Moodle where most of if not all the content types are failing. I'm systemmatically taking example content and creating activities in a bid to make sure content types are both installed and up-to-date with the recent versions.

The Advanced Text 1.1 content type is a recurring issue. I see the repo on Github but not a specific content type on the example demos. How do I take the source code of any content type and install? Is this even possible?
