Bugs in content types

Hello,

Please forgive me as I am not the most technical and feeling my way through this.

Using a Moodle, I have been creating course presentations. Howewver, I am having issues with the upload audio feature.

I have successfully managed this just the once, and the microphone button turns blue.

However, subsequently the microphone button turns green and no sound happens. I am using an Mp4 format, and the clips are around 30 seconds in length.

I work with H5p via WordPress.
The question set (but also several other formats) I made shows up in Google Chrome, but does not appear in Safari.
Also the set is not responsive in IOS or other media.

Could someone help me out?
Should I report on other media for help?

I used columns and drag and drop, with 14 boxes to fill in. It correctly calculates the score for all correct as 14 but puts it out of 20 instead of 14.  E.g. if click on check, would show 14 /20  instead of 14/14.  There are no incorrect boxes shown.  What could be causing this?
