Audio within Course Presentations

Hello,

Please forgive me as I am not the most technical and feeling my way through this.

Using a Moodle, I have been creating course presentations. Howewver, I am having issues with the upload audio feature.

I have successfully managed this just the once, and the microphone button turns blue.

However, subsequently the microphone button turns green and no sound happens. I am using an Mp4 format, and the clips are around 30 seconds in length.

Hi,

The audio feature does not use your microphone. it only provides a way to upload audio files.

Would you mind explaining what is the issue? Is it that you cannot upload or you cannot play the file? Which browser are you using?

Hi, I have created audio

Hi, I have created audio files in an mp4 format. I've successfully uploaded 1 audio file that works. But subsequent audio files upload, but won't play in the slideshow.

I am using Google Chrome.

I have also checked if the content works on Microsoft Edge and sadly this doesn't work either.

Any guidance greatfully recieved.
