Bugs in content types

1. If I ad a new hotspot including a formula and click on the refering button, the formula is displayed correctly in the first instance. But if I click on the button the second time, the formula is displayed in source code. The third time I click on the button, the formula is displaye correctly again. The fourth time in source code and so on. How can I establish a correct display each time?
2. I'm using the Moodle version "mebis".
3. The error occured both mobile and desktop.
4. ...both on firefox and edge

I have noticed, that if you repeat dialog cards with audios, you won't be able to hear the audio as nothing happens. As an illustration I am sending you the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GNhLVBANPlU.

Hopefully we could find the solution as soon as possible.

I encountered the following issue on my iPad (iPadOS 13.1.3) in the Safari browser:
If I tap on display solutions on the summary slide of any H5P course in Moodle, nothing happens, while this feature clearly works on macOS (Safari and Chrome) and on Windows.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?
