Bugs in content types

I am like 90% sure there was a submit answer button in the summary slide for course presentations. This option is no longer there. Where'd it go? How do I get it back? Thanks!

We just upgraded our LMS which included an upgrade to the latest version of H5P. 

Now we are seeing an issue with the dictation H5P type not workign with 2 spaces after the period. 

Has anyone experienced the same issue or have a fix? 

I have attached the H5P and screen captures. In this H5P export it is the middle sentence that is the issue. 

We have H5P videos embeded (using the latest version of the H5P player) in our custom software.

Randomly while watching the videos the videos stop playing.

This happens on the following devices, operating systems:

Phones, tables, laptops, Chromebooks, and PC's.

Apple, PC, Chrome, and Android.

Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.

I am not a programmer and I'm just wondering how do we trouble shoot this problem?
