Bugs in content types

Dear All, 

I have learndash and tincanny on a wordpress, i am trying to use h5p on top of these platforms. When i add a piece of h5p content (interactive viedeio) it doesnt show up on leandash and the consoul of the browser throws these errors. 

I'm having a problem with multiple-choice question types. The pages are slow to load and several of the ten multiple-choice messages on the page refuse to load and instead show an error message, as follows:

Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The captions track is hidden by interactions added to the videos (pop-up boxes) and causes a web accessiblity issue. Captions added to videos are intended to make the video and also make it more accessible to viewers who may suffer from hearing issues and others.
