Exportable text area doc won't open in Word for mobile

Bugs in content types

Exportable text in course presentation content type. Embedded in a Blackboard item. Exported doc opens fine on Mac and PC desktop, but won't open on MS Office Word app.

I am unable to reproduce this issue. Would you mind providing more details regarding the mobile phone:

1. OS and version

2. Version of Word

I tested on Android 9 and word 365 for Android.

I apologize I spoke to soon, I did not notice I opened the file in Google Docs, anyway I filed a bug report and you can follow the progress here.
