Bugs in content types

Dear H5P Community,

I wonder if anyone has faced the following issue and knows how to go around it. 

When you apply the repetition mode in Dialog Cards activity in the Course Presentation the audio files added to the activity are not playing upon the second attempt (retry). The audio files are not playing upon taking the second round too. 

I have created a couple of these exercises, then embeded them into my web and they do not appear when loading the site. Nothing shows instead, not an error message or anything. As if I never created the exercises to begin with, but they load (sometimes) in my H5P library. It is only happening with this specific activity. Any suggestions? Thanks!

There seem to be a bug when you use Question set with Drag and Drop. We have the option "Give one point for the whole task" checked for each of these questions types and we also have a Question Limit (Number of questions to be shown) set to 35 of 46 with a passing threshhold of 80%. When taking the entire quiz we got a result of 38/45 which seems to be incorrect since it should be X / 35 if each question is set to 1 point.

Side Node: The only other question type we have in this quiz is Multiple Choice.
