Bugs in content types

Hi guys,

I have been using the Interactive video in Moodle for several weeks and have noticed a recurring bug (I think): on certain devices or browsers the interactive video won't let me introduce the answer in a "Fill the blanks" type question on the second attempt when it is set to "Require full score before proceeding". That is, if the user has an incorrect answer and is directed a few seconds backwards in the video to listen again, when the questions pops up again the input field is blocked and the user cannot advance in the vídeo.

I'm creating a Job-aide with the IMAGE HOTSPOTS example and when i select the colour for the hot spot it's doesn't change when i save and try. the hot spot stay white.

I've had a look through the forum and via google, but I can't seem to find other examples of this case.

We're currently using Moodle 3.5 with H5P plugin version 

We've got a couple of H5P activities set up as column activities with "Fill In the Blank" style questions added in. In some cases, when reviewing the student's answers, the student's response is clearly correct, and the marks have been awarded, but the review page is showing that the student got the answer wrong. Please see screenshots attached.
