Bugs in content types

I noticed an issue with the drop-down menus when selecting the format type in the Heading, Text, and Answer content areas. I tested it out on a Mac (High Sierra) using Chrome and Firefox, as well as on a Windows 7 using Chrome. The same issue occurred with all three platforms.

When attempting to select the dropdown menu to change the format from "Paragraph" to anything else the menu flashes and nothing is selectable.

I have created several flashcard activities.  My students can type in the correct answer but they are always told it is incorrect.  Anyone know what is going on?

We recently just started to use H5P to help our videos become more interactive.  I started using this about a month ago.  Today I was setting up a video to have single set questions disbursed throughout a video and then a final question in the summary.  After testing this a few times, I realized the grades were not submitting to Moodle (v3.1)
